Homelab Crash Course
This was originally written for a blog I used to run. It is now being maintained in a dedicated Codeberg repo.
It closely resembles my homelab, which I've been using for the past 3+ years without issue.

And to think, this homelab all started with a $35 Raspberry Pi I randomly bought at Target. The rest was history.
Project Management + PKM v1
A local-first, project management + PKM vault for Obsidian.
I currently use a less-developed, but more stable version of this vault in my day-to-day life. This design helps me get the most out of Obsidian; I'm able to make connections between my notes and projects across various domains.
Note that this project is discontinued, as I'm actually working on the spiritual successor to this system. The successor will be it's own software, meaning it will no longer be an Obsidian vault. More details on it will be revealed on this page at a later date.

YAML API (in Typescript), along with an Obsidian Adapter
A functional core providing a YAML API. In other words, this API is not limited to Obsidian. It can run in any environment that can run TypeScript. This was primarily built for the Project Management vault mentioned above, so maintenance for this project was discontinued in favor of the (Project Management + PKM) successor I am working on.
That said, this YAML API project got me to develop a deep respect for functional programming, and strict typing. I don't think I would have picked up Haskell if not for this (and unrelated CMS woes, story for another time).

Todo List Vault:
I created a generalized version of the Task Manager vault I created for Obsidian. Cloning this gets you something like Todoist, but local-first and privacy respecting. No subscriptions, either! I use this everyday, both personally and professionally.

Music
At this time, I am primarily proud of:
- https://mirlo.space/speed-skirmish/release/fractals: for giving me the confidence to make my music public, even after a multi-year hiatus
- https://mirlo.space/speed-skirmish/release/hype-think-ep: for getting weird with it
The above EP's were all solo-efforts, including cover art, composition, mixing, liner notes, etc.
